01 Introduction

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Personal Capacity

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one account on the nasbet platform. 4.3 Account Security

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by nasbet, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming placement. Bets placed in error are not eligible for cancellation except at nasbet's sole discretion.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Nasbet offers markets across cricket (including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and Test matches), football, UFC, esports, and other sports. Market availability, odds, and bet types are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

Nasbet reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances: where a manifest error in odds has occurred; where the event in question has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; where evidence of match-fixing or manipulation exists; or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and are subject to change. Nasbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual User at its sole discretion.

6.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time based on the progression of the event. Bets accepted during periods of system delay may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on nasbet are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. Users must read and accept the applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nasbet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nasbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Errors in odds, settlement, or market data arising from technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nasbet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Nasbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the nasbet platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
